Why I Am Running



"I am many things:  a doctor, a mother, a professor - and since last year, a voice for change in the Ohio statehouse.

That's where I've fought to cut the cost of life-saving medicines. To increase funding for our public schools. To end opioid abuse. To grow our local economy. And to stop crooked bailouts and keep taxes low.

That record has upset some career politicians - but that's just fine because I'm not fighting for them. I'm fighting for us."
